The information presented here may not under any circumstances be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Users agree not to use the site for sale, trade or other commercial purposes. Users may not use language that is threatening, abusive, vulgar, discourteous or criminal. Users also may not post or transmit information or materials that would violate rights of any third party or which contains a virus or other harmful component. Eazy Xpress Commercial Services Limited reserves the right to remove or edit any messages or material submitted by users.

Eazy Xpress Commercial Services is not resposible for the following; (i) Packages stated that it was delivered outside our business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Miami FL time). (ii) Packages that are damage before reaching our warehouse, (iii) any package that state delivered but was not successfully deliver to our warehouse, unless tracking information has an employee of the warehouse signature, (iV) packages delivered and is store at our local office for more than 30 days.

Misuse of our services will result in lawful action against any individual or business. Any weapons, drugs or any form of illegal (cash and debit/credit card) items shipped using our services will turn over to the law enforcement team with such information of package sender and receiver.

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of Eazy Xpress Commercial Services Limited site and destroying all materials obtained from it.
